ClipCheck, provided by Lahybloomm Digital marketing, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team through the Service and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Free trial

Our 14-day free trial does not require a credit card, so no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; for refund requests outside the 30-day window, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis together with Paddle.
